Ketters a salamander/human hybrid created by Dr. Inkwell.He was created with the purpose of taking care of, and entertaining kids, unfortunately he's a huge fucking gremlin and proved to be quite dangerous. Â So he was replaced by a unicorn/human hybrid instead.
Ketter himself is supposed to be like a young child.Â
