Description

SP-005 was created in a laboratory facility that was unique in that it specialized in creating "unique" life that shouldn't exist otherwise. They gave freedom, resources, and shelter to whoever had the brains to do these things.
SP-005 or "Convict" (as he named himself), is an individual made out of a unique, ever changing crystal that stores all animal information. This gives him partial shapeshifting abilities, as well as the ability of all animals.
Convict was created with the intended purpose of being the facility's "lapdog" and has been conditioned into having a special "loyalty" state of mind he goes into when you say the words "Gods Wraith".
In this mode he listens to the will of the facility, or whoever says it no matter what. He's created to sniff out and hunt individuals with Beastal type abilities (inner beasts).
His life was not luxurious in the lab.
He was treated like a dangerous animal in a containment, being locked in a basement lab as an "enclosure" his entire life.
Convict rarely had human contact, and didn't talk to people. The only contact he had was when he was given care, or from expariments.
Convict had a bed where he would learn all he needed to- a device was attatched to his head which spoke to him in his sleep. This device spoke in a purple prose like manner, something now apart of his speech when he talks.
As a result of his past, Convict is skittish, flightly and anxious.
He comes across and abrasive, and mean. But he's in the belief he's a dangerous creature and wouldn't want to hurt the few people who would be kind to him. He's also in a defensive mode, always fearful.
When he was broken out of the lab by Evogrowth, he was given freedom to live however he pleased. For awhile, he worked as a vigilante, helping other expariments out, a way to get back at the fact that he was created to be a tool.
Later on, when he wished to live by himself, he was moved into the residence of a rather wealthy vampire named Miss Crimm, who only supported his vigilante lifestyle.
Convict has a Beastal ability himself: "Nature's shadow", it's a great beast of fear which gives him control over shadow and allows him to turn into, or create multiple shadow animals.
