Fairytales 'Little Red Riding Hood'

Scarlett grew up in a rich home, she also owns a rather rare Robodachi (sapient little robots that help with a lot of things), a pack of monsters, and a power. She grew up in a way that she was constantly protecting herself from kidnappers- all which wanted her for different reasons.
Scarlett didn't take it- she learnt as much forms of self defense as she could gather, learnt how to break out of certain ties, survival techniques etc, etc.
She also carries around a variety of tools all the time- A taser, steel knife, steel knuckles, pepperspray is just a few.
She also hardly has to use her power, unlike a lot of other Fairytale members.

Despite how rough she seems she has a sense of justice. She doesn't stand for criminals, and takes time to help those who she feels needs it
