well first, when i dint know who teto was, i just ended up watching some of the girls in black butler and ended up choosing curls,but then it wasnt easy, so i dicided to make a teto like style hair, when i already made Wendy her hair was supposed to be blonde, but the story needed more pink girls so i turned her original colors to be pink. Then when i saw teto i was shocked.... so i guess so?
