Nice! I would like to give criticism on your piece. Take this however you will, and it's your choice whether or not you want to take this to heart.
Let's start with the good! Veronica has a very simple design that catches the eye. The soft blue of her shirt soothes the audience and gives a general feel for her character. Veronica's hair draws the audience to her face, and I find it very satisfying. Outstanding character design! Additionally, the card in itself is very eye-catching. The dots draw your attention directly to the character in the center. The piece in itself was very well crafted and gentle on the eyes.
I noticed that this character doesn't have ears. Is it a design choice? Or is her lack of ears a character trait or a species trait? Either way, it was a bit surprising. it brings your eyes away from the character's face, in my opinion.
I notice you have a slight problem with anatomy as well, and I would like to help with it. Generally, the female form has curved figures, and generally shorter bodies and longer legs. An abdomen for a woman would most likely show the hips at the area where Veronica is cut off, but I don't see a sign of a body anywhere. What helped me past this rut in my own art was drawing a body at the basic form before starting my more detailed sketch. I usually do a heart shape for the hips of a female, and a circle where her upper body and pectoral muscles would be (keep in mind, breasts aren't a muscle. They're fat.). The middle of a woman's body should be a bit more 'tucked in' than the shoulders and hips. Even so, every body is different; you should consider the level of adolescence as well as the body shape of your character. I'll put references to help you more than I can in a text.

I hope this was helpful to you, and that you improve! You have great potential.

Thank you so much for the criticism this was incredibly helpful! I will indeed take everything you have said into account when drawing later on. I do indeed struggle with hip anatomy so this was immensely helpful for me. Thank you again!

(and yes the lack of ears is a design choice but I have thought of changing that I just never had much reason to but I now have a reason to attempt it once more.)

You're very welcome! I can give you tips if you ever need them. Us artists should help each other
Start some sketches with very detailed ears, and simplify it until it matches your style. It may help you understand the anatomy of it better!
