He's best friends with the other CMC's kids and together they form the new Cutie Mark Crusaders. The scarf around his neck is the CMC's symbol, like the original CMC's cape. He often fights with Sweetie Belle's son over the affection for Scootaloo's daughter.

He likes to cut hair, which is why his tail looks botched up.

I wondered what Applebloom's and Pipsqueak's kid would look like, so I made this. He's Applebloom's age in the first episode in this picture.
