The hands look a bit weird, but then again hands can be very difficult to draw. Other than that, the picture needs some shading and cropping. There's too much negative(white) space at the right and lower-right parts of the page, which cropping can fix.

I know hands are my worst nightmare and my scanner screwed the white part up and I didn't know how to fix it so I just left it also I didn't shade on purpose because the happy tree friends aren't shaded in the show so I didn't shade. Thanks for your suggestions!

Welcome! Anyways, cropping off the white part is pretty simple. Use a program like photoshop or GIMP, and select an area that you want to keep... then right-click and select 'crop' and it will crop off the white parts.

It looks much better now! Another thing I would challenge you to do is, try drawing more pictures with backgrounds, or even try sketching your friends. While sketching them, look for things like highlights, shadows, and so forth. You might come up with some awesome results!
