When I first say this I thought, "Canada celebrates the 4th?" Then I read the fine print. 
It must be a big holiday for you or at least it seems so with that big smile on here. The only thing that really bothers me about this picture are those two lines on the American flag. The bottom of the blue square and the red line running off of it. It will look much better if it was all one line. But then again, I tend to look too closely at pictures... I have a bad habit of doing that.
If memory serves me right, you are the only member to submit a holiday picture to the club, even if it was late. Still, it is the effort that counts.

Well, I am just trying to make everyone happy. And yeah, the USA flag looks a bit funny. Sorry.
The actual inspiration for the Quagsire, holding both flags is from the International Peace Gardens where I visit once in a few years. So, that is cool.
I did not thought as a Holiday picture. 
The happy Quagsire means that it does not manner where you are from, you can be happy for you and your friends. I am a Canadian that is happy for her American friends, on and off line.
Also, sorry for scaring you.
The reason why I wrote "Happy July!" it is because that Canada Day and Independence Day happens at the same month.
OK, I think that is enough blabbering.

Well, the religion that I am a part of strongly urges that there is no strife between people of all nations and that is something I strongly believe in. In fact, I fail to see why people do that at all.

Well, sure that I am in no religion, but as far as I am concerned that people should not be racist at each other at all. It is just damn stupid. All of us are mainly the same, but with minor differences.
But sadly, some people failed to see that way.
