In this second installation, that detailed explanations (from my personal observations) on how to make your own (Rainbow) Ribbon Winner! (Please remember that some Pokémon - like Ditto - can be very difficult to win a Ribbon due to it having a single move. For something like this, that PLEASE maximize the Pokémon's Sheen!)
