It's Queen Chrysalis! My second favorite mlp villian! (first being Nightmare Moon).I like her for a couple of reasons. I guess it's cuz of her design and the fact that sure, she was evil, but she was just trying to help her species survive, which I think is pretty cool.
I'm not exactly 100% satisfied with the result, but I think it looks ok. Hope you like it :>
