It's a' 'Mi'! (haha, see what I did there?
I'll stop.) Experimented with animating a few highlights, particularly in the hair. No animated background because ran out of time and trying to do animated background quickly just...doesn't work. Like, at all. Anywho, really happy with the colors and hair in particular on this one. 
I've decided that she is pretty much the embodiment of a puppy dog. She may or may not have actually BEEN one in the past...Mi (c) Me
