Akane is honestly my favorite male character from this series totally not because he uses a sword (moves eyes around nervously). I honestly ship him with Tsugumi cause he always seems to be protective towards her and Tsugimi must be protected at all costs =^-^=, also his joking around with his weapon adds a relaxed vibe to this series . I kinda feel sad that he was not completely op like I feel he had the look and attitude to be an untouchable character but his fights later on were not that decisive in my opinion o_o
