I believe she is a one episode only character sadly T-T but she was a manga fan which was really awesome and she got called freak and stuff which honestly made me feel bad for her. Her story is basically that her mother is a radio host and talks about her being distant and mentions personal things about her that make her feel embarrassed. Honestly I think her green and yellow highlights look awesome but that's part of her appearance that she drops for a bit to try and talk to one of the main characters. The main part of her personality shown is her manga fandom as she mentions one she has being a collectible and I believe an original draft she spent a lot of money on. I think when the episode came out people were not as public about being anime and manga fans at school so the way they tackled surrounding students opinions on it was kinda interesting.
