Info-Cecilia is a shy girl who doesn't talk often, she does enjoy treats such as ice cream so buying her one would be the best method to talk to her =^-^=. She will utilize more of a longer games play style as her monsters are not as powerful as other ones and will rely more on formations and luck of the draw based abilities.

Been a while since I last tried out this oc description style , for a few weeks I have thought about how I would want too tackle a card game video game and the main thing I would want to have is an affection/bonding system. The idea is when a certain bond level is reached a character can join the card club thus the getting her to talk with ice cream line . I actually planned on doing another drawing today but I suddenly felt like designing Cecelia, excited to draw more characters for this idea especially ones that would be the mains. Also tried out a lighter green with the Florara blazer and I like it a lot more than the previous one so I will probably use it from now on.
