She is the leader of Team Night Claw who are the group you are members of in this game but are your rivals in Dawn but since I own Dusk Team Night , I planned on drawing her yesterday but anytime I think of this game I feel like drawing Sayo which lead to the group drawing. Her partner in game is Chaos Gallantmon who I did not plan on drawing at first but I added him due to feeling Julia could of been better drawn, I kind of prefer his design to regular Gallantmon. I used a fan art piece to draw Julia's outfit as I cant find an official image of her design, the outfit and hair came out decent but it felt too simplistic but I could maybe do better if I experiment with the outfit more. In game she is kind of a lenient leader as she didn't want to punish a team too much for ignoring her orders which is pretty cool =^-^=.

I cant really think of much to say about the Julia drawing since I didn't really do too much with her outfit but the hair came out nice as I think the wide ponytail worked out well plus the blue colour is quite cute. For Chaos Gallantmon I drew out his body's shape then added the different sections inside the shape while for the rest of his body I drew out the individual shapes which slightly captured his design but in a more basic appearance.
