Description
Here is the final member of the first antagonist group team and he will be the leader of it but second in command overall, I also decided to name the group Magiconus (sorry its not that creative). He is the older brother of a previous character called Froshi and his ability involves being able to generate his magic into other nightmares if he is able to force them into thinking about them.

Background-Claude is a teacher at the Ice Academy as he had always wanted to give back for all the help he received during his time as a student. However he became frustrated at the Ice Kingdom being un able to compete with the Hope Kingdoms Magician and began to suggest to his pupils the other kingdoms looked down on them to create tension. He joined the group as he hopes that once the 7 Kingdoms are destroyed a new one can be born that only accepts magician he deems talented.

Design-His outfit was inspired by a mannequin one as I thought the fur colour and looked cool, also I think it gives off a warm vibe which I thought would look interesting along side a cold colour scheme. The shirt came out a bit wide compared to other character outfits but it does not bug me that much just is a trait that may take me a bit to get use to. I gave him light purple on one hair side and a darker tone on the other as I was not fully happy with it just being a light purple and I think the two colour look works better.
