Description
Here is the second member of the antagonist group I'm working one, not come up with a name yet as I don't want to rush as I may end up picking something that won't capture them well. Also he is wearing a hat with the same colours as Byako's as they will be the colours of the group to show anyone who faces them who they are.

Background-Dust became a teacher at the Desert Academy as he wished to help the future generation develop their magical skills but taught his pupils not to trust other Kingdoms Magician. He was told off for these views, however when a statue was built near the Kingdom to celebrate on of the Masters of 7 he destroyed it as it celebrated another Kingdoms Magician. This resulted in him being banished and he felt betrayed as he felt like his act was a form of standing up for the Desert Magicians and he became bitter towards his home.

Design-His outfit was inspired by a hooded character who looked like a mage thus him holding a book, I drew his hat over the top of the hood as I thought it could be a nice design feature. I used a lime green for his shirt as I felt the rest of his outfit looked uniformed with its colours so I kind of wanted to break the flow a little to make the shirt stand out more. Normally I draw weapons away from the magic effects around hands but for this drawing I wanted to draw it through the magic and I think it came out as a nice effect .
