Description
Originally she was an idea for a villain but I feel her design is too calming for a villain so will save the idea for a future character but her personality will be more relaxed and kind. I named her Icelia as I thought it would be cool if the Icelia Dew/Chi potions plus berries were named after her as she is a water aura born with ice ability access. She will probably slightly be able to predict future events but it wont be in the form of ice as if if she focuses her bind while holding a piece of ice if it stays frozen the worlds will mostly be at ease but if it melts then a form of evil may be a foot. I decided to draw her in a kimono as I have always wanted to draw one but never really thought of a specific character for it until I decided to design Icelia today :3.

I think Icelia is my first oc to have white hair I'm not fully sure though, gave her white hair as I think of it as making a lot of characters seem quit wise/knowledgeable. I tried to make her outfit quite bright as I feel they give off a more soothing vibe to suggest her personality is like a gently flowing river. Something I really like about characters in Kimono's is when they have their sleeves cover their hands as I think it looks cool and can make some characters look like they are at peace =^-^=. Originally I was going to have her right leg have a shorts trouser showing but then decided to just go with the skirt as I thought it would look better :3.
