Kazuto was raised by a barber who was hired to assassinate one of the main protagonists but he either gets unlucky with his killing attempts or is stopped by the main protagonist. He is pretty skilled in battle but has shown to have a presence that almost always gives him away before he can attempt to kill his target. I use to call him Marth with a Scarf lol cause he kinda looks like Marth from Fire Emblem to me
