Description
Lately been talking to a friend about the Legend of Zelda series and mentioned how I wanted to draw the Golden Tunic from Twilight Princess as a follow up to the Zora Tunic I did a while ago. I think I appreciated a lot more when I was younger as the gold was a nice touch plus I believe it is the best armor in fights but uses up your rupee's and when your out it changes too silver I believe. The red sections do work with the golden armor well as they both have warm colours, plus the gold is the heavier armor while the red is the lighter cloth which is a pretty cool mix. It probably doesn't show very well in the picture I took but I like how below the armored tunic there is a red Triforce as I like the idea of different coloured Triforce symbols for the different Link Tunic's.For the armor such as the shoulder guard and ankle guards I added an outline to them an outer lining to them which I coloured in a darker tone while the main sections were given a lighter tone. I really struggled to draw the chest piece of the armor as it has a thinner section at the bottom but in the end I just tried tried to draw it as just one piece of armor. The image I use didn't have a the Link Cap so I just added it afterwards not really sure what colour it was so I just made it orange and red to match the tunic. Originally I just made the trousers thin to be the same length as the leg guards but thought having the trousers hang out above the guards would look a lot cooler
