Description
I planned on the last two Pirate Magician team members being male and was going to draw them together but yesterday I saw a Tales character in a Pirate outfit so wanted to design a character based off it. Since I only designed three pirates characters while working on the current arc only those three took on quests but I plan on having Neptula making a joke about the three leaving her and the last member behind .

Background-Neptula is the daughter of two well known Magicians and she wanted to take on quests and help people like her parents as she considered them to be her role model. She also has a dream of one day travelling to other Magical Kingdoms but will have bad luck with all quests outside of her home kingdom being claimed by others first.

Design-As typed above she was inspired by an alternative pirate costume of a Tales character and the poses pretty much matches theirs two only differences being the right arm curving more. Other than the usual blue colours for Ocean Magicians I used purple and violet as I thought they would both work well as decorative colours. I gave her magic and orange colour as I don't think I have used orange yet and I like the sort how the two different tones separate the sections of the magic shapes :3.
