Description
Decided to do a second drawing today as I felt a little down earlier but focusing on this helped me get over it plus I feel really happy with how her outfit came out =^-^=. She is holding a scroll as I thought using it as a medium for the summon could would be a cool variant as I may introduce abilities to counter the summon symbol for the other Summoners.

Background-Orulia will be another Magician who wants to keep up the strong reputation of the Hope Kingdoms Magician, she will be a two time winner of The Magical Grand Tournament (Plan on doing a tournament arc/feel like making her seem like a huge threat). She developed her scroll summon technique to try as she felt the summon symbol form draws too much attention.

Design-The character I used to help me draw her wore a cape so gave her one as I think capes tend to go well with hats also I used blue and green tones as I did not want yellow tones to dominate too much. Normally I don't like two pieces of clothing by each having the same colour as I worry they would get lost in each other but here I think the cape and boots worked well by being the same colour. Sorry if it does not show but the left side of her cape has crescent moons while the right has stars as I wanted to use a none symmetrical pattern style .
