Description
She is another character I have already envisioned as a sort of meaner opponent for Niko but not sure if I will stick to that idea as the antagonist side of things is seeming a bit more stacked. I don't have a character in mind yet but she will be Niko's next opponent as I'm trying to get back into working on the story. She will use a wind deck as it specializes in card movement such as returning to the hand which seems like a good foil to fields which is the water specialty (Niko's type). Coming up with an ace monster was with me considering a regular horse but then I saw a picture of a Pegasus which seems perfect for a wind deck :3.

I think the Pegasus design looks cool with the wind energy effect at the end of it's legs, tail and wings then the white tone of its body flows well with the lighter greens. Penny's outfit was kind of just random concepts o-o only thing that was planned for her was the pigtails, the red colour worked well. I might consider designing a new outfit as I feel I could come up with something better, I did consider designing another character but due to me planning on her battling in the next part I felt it made more sense to give Penny a design first.
