Description
If anyone has not seen her before Suecell is my fan fiction Elite Four member who uses water types and is the strongest of the four as she has been in the group the longest and is the only to capture legendary Pokemon. She is Champion Salisha's greatest rival and friend as the two have great respect for each other as they both have victories over each other. The two will eventually battle to decide the Champion of the region as Suecell is giving up her Elite Four spot. Also she sports the Piplup t-shirt
