Twas a request by , I was asked to draw their character Thea with Hades from Saint Seiya and I went with the hand but the shoulder pose as I thought it would look cute. I feel really proud of this drawing as in the past I just drew characters side by side but here I think the two actually look cute together =^-^=. Hades kind of put me off this drawing as I thought the armor was going to be a nightmare but I used Thea to work out how to position him and it worked out quite well. This makes me want to try out more couple based drawings as the result has given me more confidence with pair posing as I feel the characters play off each other here. The dress was take from a character called Yuki Cross as it was apart of the request although I don't know if it was the exact one (it popped up in the search a lot).

First off I drew Thea which was a little rough at first due to the dress as I made her body too thin but after adding a bunch of extra sections I think the dress came out quite cute. Also felt like drawing her hair tied back which was fun, I drew the body section of Hades armor off the dress as I thought having him be slightly behind her would work with the hand by the shoulder pose. For the armor itself I drew all the symbols carved into the armor first then drew the outer shape around it, honestly I didn't put as much effort into the wings but did try to balance the length as best I could (was a bit burnt out during this). Both poses play off each other quite well here as I think the more calm and relaxed pose of Thea looks natural along side the hand on the shoulder as it looks like Hades is the one helping her reach that state .
