Sorry for later posting when I tried earlier DA was not working (not sure if this was in general or not) then I forgot about it as I was focusing on playing a game and I just remembered. Vensui is the first antagonist in this story as she captured a bunch of students as she was forcing them to build a city as her goal was to create her own Magical Kingdom. Her magic allows her to create bubbles which she uses to protect herself from others magic while she can also trap others in side of them but she has to focus to keep her magic active.

For this drawing I drew more of her arm and leg showing to make her outfit seem even less symmetrical (not sure how else to put it) and I think this design looks a bit cooler outfit wise. I drew her a bit shorter so she looks younger which I'm a bit put off by as she is meant to be an older character but it is kind of cool how her design matches the other characters.
