Seeing as Fenix was supposedly the first Procurator for the Nocturnus clan, his suit is the prototype for the Decurions and Hastatus. It allows him to glide, generate a stealth field, tactile sensors, visual overlays and he also has energy blades. With the remote help from his A.I. assistant, Chiron, he also has data net access to help analyse new information and perform detailed investigations.
