Description I wanted to do a series on the objectification of a part of a person's body. Image makers (both male and female) have had a significant amount of criticism regarding the objectification of certain aspects of the human body. Instead of denying this trend, I wanted to explore the idea that we could embrace it. In this instance the female breast, which both nurtures us from infancy and as adults arouses us. From a female perspective it is a source of life and pleasure (and arousal).

I appreciate the subtle frisson of contradiction; the more-than-slightly-intmate revelation of a woman's breasts exposed in contrasting pastel values beneath the generic uniformity of a man's shirt
seems to speak volumes that don't particularly fit within the missing confines of the objectification you say you seek, rather like the missing brassiere.
This image holds me riveted by the fascinating contradiction of the statement of your explicit intent (to celebrate objectification)
with the result, which (in my view) celebrates the onionlike, deeply-layered, partially-translucent complexity of people, pores and skin.
