Goro is a fan-based character, who appears after the incident's in "Ghots of Shuggazoom"

He own's a Hover Craft Parts shop on the outskirts of Shuggazoom shopping district and fast becomes Chiro's friend when he helps repairing Hyper Force's Speeder (Chiro's ride from "Girl Trouble") , however after what happened in "Chiro's Girl", rest of the team stays skeptical and success to convince Chiro to also pay attention on him.
Just like Jinmay, Goro has got his secret - nobody knows that he discreetly came to Shuggazoom with a mission (TASK IS CLASSIFIED) and when the planet is in danger he helps Hyper Force as a knight called Razor. He doesn't show any powers so nobody knows if he is an ordinary man or not but he is skilled in martial arts, weapons and aviation.
He is travelling through the streets of Shuggazoom in his "JET-CAR" which is one of his inventions using powerful jet engine (something like Batmobile) and for the air combat he uses his "Super Eagle" which looks like a futuristic F-15 combined with F-22.

Razor is armed with a katana-like sword with orihalcon blade and ion pistol. For longer ranges he takes MHK-216 rail gun but mostly he's into close combat.

Chiro don't know that Razor is really Goro but right before one of the biggest battles against Mandarin he shows Hyper Force his true identity since he couldn't stand lying to his friends.
After he cover's Chiro and Jinmay with his body from the powerful Mandarin's shot almost pushing himself to death, later he is being healed in Super Robot and after this, grateful Chiro decides with his team to make him new honored member of Hyper Force.

So that's why you can see him in Hyper Force's uniform.
