Width of legs seems alright. He doesn't seem as bulky as Axel does in the game, and the torso seems a bit small for the body. Compared to this picture: [link]
As for how humans are, the torso still doesn't seem the right proportion. His left upper arm seems like it was turned (like... tin cans that somehow get tied together, and one is just revolved some) from the rest of the arm. Besides that... Change the shoes to black boots, give 'im khaki or dark-green cargo pants, put a navy-blue line through the middle of the belt, make the gloves black, and put a radioactive symbol on a silver plate attatched to a black headband... and change the eye color to blue, and there I am :3
