Character concept~I won't say much about her, because I'm not sure if she's going change dramatically or anything. But you can probably get an idea of who she's supposed to be if you pay attention to the details (and know anything about me, rip).

Well, with experiments you can pretty much make them look literally however you want. The only think almost all of them share are solid-black eyes (but even them, some of them have other solid colors, like red).

All 625 experiments have official names, and quite a few who are never seen have basic description of their design
But if you mean by breeding experiments... how does THAT work?! Yes, people in old days could marry their first cousin... but that was considered far enough Gene pool

The 'cousins' aren't ACTUALLY genetic cousins. In Hawaii, people call their friends, 'cousins', kinda like you might say, "We're such close friends we're basically family."
But I'm pretty sure a lot of those descriptions of the experiments that didn't show up are made-up. You can just choose a name you like and make an experiment based off it.
