(Dry Skin): Hot weather often saps him of his energy, and can do harm to the parasite. However! Water or damp weather has a healthier effect by restoring him of his energy.
(Sweet Scent): Gentle plums of pollen-like orbs fill the air with a invitingly sweet smell. On the daily this is useful to defuse wild pokemon so he can either try to "interview" them or capture them for habitats.
(Endure): Through the years Ama has learned how to take a heavy hit to his body, as one should because wild pokemon are rather unpredictable and it's better to be safe than sorry!
(Stun Spore): The patches of orange and flakes of stalks eject dangerous spores when it senses the host's fear.
(Giga Drain): Consuming is an important process for the parasite, should it's host feel weak it will eject a type of spore to attach itself to any living body to absorb life force from it, and then return to the host for consumption through the stalks on the host's body. Thus regaining lost energy to the host and itself!

Imaginative: Growing up he was more often to be the more imaginative or creative one. To him, the world is full of art and endless adventures, anything can be done and everything can be captured between the lens of a camera or the stroke of a pencil. Unfortunately, he's also known to get his head lost in the clouds while trying to capture the imagination of the moment.

Passionate: A follow up to the previous, Amadeo is hardly one to follow a plan or start a project and not finish it to it's completion. In his hobbies and crafts, he always tries to put as much love and care into what he does. Though, like before, he often gets caught up in trying to complete projects and ignores the needs of himself or the house.

Emotional: After the events with his parents, he has a harder time keeping his emotions within line. Like a jar that has been broken, it's hard to fill every crevasse and often emotions will leek out.

Transparent: Ever since the break down hes had a harder time hiding the Emotions. Like a jar that's been broken, his emotions often find their ways out of the cracks and crevasse. However, as time has worn on, Amadeo has become less and less able to restrain his emotions or what he's thinking. Things often bumble out of his mouth, and depending on the person that could be great or very off-putting.

Dependent: Some mental illnesses can often lead folks to become dependent on someone to be their anchor in the crashing waves of turmoil. While it's often viewed as a heavily negative thing to be a dependent person, Ama tries to take it in stride. After all, his brother is a very sturdy and trustful person.

:: Often times folks with Dissociative Disorders can suffer from shifts in personality or thought process. Though Amadeo's comes in the form of Depersonalization, where he has moments of feeling detached from his own body and thoughts. In these moments he may come off as apathetic or "spacey", but he is just going through the motions of an episode. He may suffer bouts of either anxiety or depression, or sometimes both if it's just a real bad day. Its really not fun!!! ::

Amadeo was born only a few minutes before his twin brother, an oddity as twins didn’t run in either parent’s family line. Nonetheless, his parents were ecstatic to welcome the pair to the world. Amadeo and his twin, Celeste, were inseparable and nearly impossible to tell apart. The only way to tell back then was by freckle pattern! Although their babysitter got rather good at telling the two apart. Their parents were often busy with their own work life, one a doctor and the other who worked in various labs. Both parents were rather strict, but they always tried to be fair with them. One thing Amadeo remembers very clearly as one of his first memories was to never let the fungus on their bodies spread too much.

As the twins grew older, their personalities began to blossom. Amadeo began to take the role of protector over his brother. Often tending to the trimming down of the fungus, or “approving” the babysitter. Though unfortunately this also meant that he began to see the world in a rather bleak light. While Celeste was often trying to paint things in an optimistic light. Around eight Ama began to question many things, but never verbalized them because he didn’t want to become more of a burden to his parents. Like ivy against a bare wall Ama’s thoughts and beliefs began to twist and grow rapidly, unattended to, and completely internal. The older he got, the more Ama began to fail where his brother was succeeding. Praise fell mostly to Celeste, as he was often the star student and athlete. Whereas Ama was struggling to climb into passing classes, or even show up to them. Throughout his teen years his thoughts had all but consumed him, believing that he was the failure, left behind, and often forgotten because he held no presence like his more successful sibling. Ama even began to believe that he was the mistake, the unwelcome surprise to his parent’s life. It didn’t help that his parents were openly boasting about Celeste, while they were often chastising Ama for not being more like his brother. Celeste through the years tried to often bring Ama into the light, highlighting things that Ama did successfully. Though their parents were mostly concerned for “actual” success and not exactly outside the box thinking/acting that Ama often did.

When the twins turned 18 and graduation had passed, Celeste was already moving onto college life. Meanwhile, Ama continued to watch from the darkness of his bedroom in his parent’s house. Without Celeste around to buffer the expectations of his parents, Ama and his parents often got into blowout arguments. In their eyes Ama was being secretive and lazy, because he kept to himself rather than verbalizing his troubles. Though that was because Amadeo found it a fruitless effort to try and tell his parents that they were often the heart of the problems. Time pressed on, the more Amadeo spent locked away in his room, the less care he took of himself. His internal struggle began to push through externally, his eyes were almost always sunken and tired, skin paled, appetite destroyed, and the Cordyceps began to spread across his body. It took some time and another blowout argument between parents to go and find a job he tried to handle. A local retail store was hiring and needed some extra bodies for an upcoming holiday.

At first it wasn’t so bad, working in a rather chill atmosphere with decent pay was nice. Though the biting thoughts of constantly comparing himself to his sibling often dragged down his small successes. Then the holiday hit, the store got hit with mobs of people. Amadeo felt overwhelmed, overworked, and every level of exhausted. Working for days on end felt like an endless bleakness of customers complaining or turning their noses up at the employees who worked there. Amadeo was trying his hardest to stick it out but it felt as though every shift was sapping him of his strength. And one night he came to his parents with how he felt about working retail. To which their response was to stick it out or go to college, like Celeste was. It was the snowball that started the avalanche. Years of pain and regret and shortcomings all came out before his parents, Amadeo had a breakdown right in front of his parents. Though just as fast as the emotions rose, he was just as fast to retreat to his room.
Though once he reached his room, he felt his strength begin to fail. Too exhausted to throw a tantrum, or even heft himself onto his bed. Amadeo collapsed in his room as a creeping pain began to consume his thoughts, the Cordyceps was breaking out further, taking advantage of his weakened state.

Amadeo woke in his bed, exhaustion still claimed his body as he could see the concerned looks his parents were giving him. As he became more awake he was drilled with questions, when did he start feeling that way, why didn’t he say something sooner, why didn’t he keep his fungus under control? The last question caught Ama off guard, though then he realized in that moment that was why he was so exhausted, starved of energy. Over the days as the parasite grew, it dug itself further and further into Ama’s system. And finally evolving him into a Parasect, where the fungus had enough roots to grow further. When it clicked the family began to realize just how broken and apart they had gotten. Things were dragged out from under the rug and into the light, Amadeo was able to explain what things were like from his point of view and why he had become the way he did.

When news reached his twin, Celeste was quick to return to his brother’s side. Celeste hadn’t any real desire to follow through with any of the college scholarships and instead moved out with Amadeo to Nesau. Picking up some odd jobs while Amadeo made side money off of some of his hobbies. Their parents do come by to check in on Ama to make sure that he’s doing ok, and to say hello to Celeste.

Currently, Amadeo has picked up making habitats for small pokemon pets for people to buy, he hosts podcasts and even has a channel where he “interviews” wildlife with his brother.

Which can be summed up as: Ama chases wildlife to try and talk to them as they either run away or try to smack him!
- He's not shy about what he wears, whether it looks good to the lofty or to the common man he couldn't care less.
- Candles, incense, and oil diffuser can be found everywhere in his home. Same with rocks, he loves to collect any and all rocks he comes across.
- Naps are a MUST.
- The fungus/parasite is called Cordyceps, it can be used for medical purposes.
- Cordyceps grows in patches on Ama's body which is why he covers up as much as possible.
- The fungus/parasite has minimal control of Ama's body when he is awake, though when asleep or threatened it can take over. His movement becomes rigid and speech slurred, so the difference between the two are night and day.
