A free request for of their top-hat wearing Raichu~I know you said without the mustache (I can remove it if you want me to, its just on a separate layer, I can literally just turn it off :3) just drew one on there at the end of the process and couldn't help it! Hope I didn't draw him too badly. xD Never drawn a Pokémon before.

The mustache is far more fitting in this context, it doesn't fit well with adorablness and cuteness, but evil baron look? damn right it does.

lol It was a spure of the moment decision to make him more evil the cute, but worth it I think! Somehow tophat+mustache+teacup+dramatic lighting was too tempting to pass up the chance to draw!

You strike me as someone who might enjoy , it's a very none serious OCT, no worrying about quality, all about the lulz. Though if your like me and struggle to not try to do your best with everything, it might be a hard adapation
