Hi
I decided to try out the drawing program Krita, so I did a self portrait of sorts. Its a stylized self portrait.
But I reaaallyy like the program, it feels more like a painting program and is much more fluid. Plus, its free!
I do recommend trying it out if you are looking for a program to paint in
This took about 5 hours in Krita, using a bamboo wacom tablet.
Any comments, suggestions or advice are very welcome.

The hair is great but omg your shading on the face. even the nose, its incredible the depth and shape you got on the nose! This is soo great

Hahaha, thanks!!! Yeah, I might do some more like this. I'm still figuring out what style I prefer with digital art. But I haven't done much recently with digital. I've been doing more traditional instead, but havent had the opportunity to post them up.

Im obsessed with your nose and lips here, especially the noseee. I struggle sooo much with them. darn instruments of breathing. hehe thats sooo sweet!! Your comments are my favorite too!!! lol i knowww iv been such a slacker too.. digital art just takes waaaaaaaaay too much time doesnt it... T.T

hahah, I think I've heard you mention me and drawing noses a couple of times xD Its kinda cool. I always thought my noses were meh.
But omg, yes, especially if you havent touched digital art in awhile. Its like learning all over again =_=
