Yay! Star Trek fanart, here it is! And, yes ... Spock and Uhura is the new OTP
So adorably sexy! Gah! I realize that some people really didn't care for the pairing, and set villages ablaze with their opinion, but ... eh. From what I understand, this was never exactly canon, however ... now it is? Yeah. Guess some people just didn't see the shear awesomeness!
Mr. Spock is just so damn smart and unbearably dreamy!!!! X3 And Uhura gets him all to herself.
Normally I'm not much of a "ship" music video fan, but this is just too beautiful! [link] LOVE COLDPLAY, perfect song. Come to think of it, I don't think there was a moment that I was working on this, and not listening to The Scientist.

I don't get why people are so weird about this pairing. Uhura and Spock were always giving each other eyes in the original series, especially the first season. There was chemistry there. And I'm glad the new movie went there.

I was suprised watching the movie and seeing the two pair up. In TOS spock was in another love mess with a character and she wasn't even in the film.

Oh wow, this is amazing! The likeness is wonderful. Spock has the hint of emotion on his face without looking too human or too Vulcan. And Uhura's face looks so much like it did when they first kissed on the turbolift.
