Jolteon!!I always default to either my character Rusty or jolteon when i don't know what to draw haha
Wanted to experiment a little with bright colors and chromatic aberration. c: I think in the end i decided to play it safe a little cause the blue background was gonna be far brighter but my eyes were getting tired the more i worked on it x.x
