This looks nice, I like your style (:
And don't worry about crating finished art. Good art is the opposite of finished, it lets spaces free for the spectator to fill in. If it was finished, there wouldn't be anything to think about. If you make people think, you make them care. And you need to care to like something. And I like this!

Aww, thank you, Zy. I'm mostly experimenting though and not having a tablet is a little time consuming and a bit limiting.
And you're right. I hadn't thought about it that way. o:

You know, doing things within limits is all what is art about! c:
If you see something as it is, then it is no art. Art is making something look sound or feel like something it is not by it's own nature. Think about it, you can make art out of anything and seeing the borders of a medium within the art makes the art look interesting. If you build a cake out of plastic, so that it is indistinguishable from a real cake, is it art? And if you build a cake out of one piece of folded paper, making it look almost perfect, but still leave some folding marks visible, is that art?
The brain likes to understand things. Stuff looks appealing, if there are spots where the spectator can notice methods he wouldn't have expected.
Yeah, thinking about stuff in uncommon ways is kind of my thing

You're really good thinking differently. And you're right! Doing things within limits is also really fun because it's like a challenge.
