Take a few old washclothes - or even new. cheap ones - and soak them in a bowl of chicken stock. Then wring them out (over the bowl to be able to repeat) and twist into a rope shape and freeze. when he gets mouthy, or even before, give him one to chew. They are tasty thanks to the stock and the cold soothes those aching puppy gums! When they thaw, rinse, re-soak and repeat! 

And he's adorable!
