is all of this art work done on photoshop itself? or is there something else use beside the mouse to get that hair? pls

I am using GIMP and a mouse, and the process is looking very well so far.

I believe this was drawn- or rather colored in Paint Tool SAI, judging from the 'options'. It's probably not done using a mouse, most likely a tablet to get 'varying' pressure while using that particular too. Hope I helped somehow.
