Of course you still can! If you have tools or techniques to make it similar to her brush storkes, you can still do it in another program. Sure, it will not be EXACTLY the same, but it won't be, even if you have SAI or not.

theres is a little problem between some of the steps, it's like i can see you changed something but i cant put my finger on what exactly is you changed
