I've sunken to an all new low. I made an RvB OC. Golly.
So, I was thinking: "My sister would make an awesome Freelancer agent. She's scary and a badass!" So, naturally, I made her one. I chose California as her state name because she's from Cali. Cali is based exactly on my sister, so mannerisms, appearance, and personality are the same (being her sis, it's easy to make up backstory and such). I asked her what type of armor was her favorite and what color she'd be. I got "Caboose's armor from season 8" and "Red like Sarge's but darker" for answers.

Goes by CA, Cali, or California (or, you know, her actual name...)
A highly skilled fighter, but impulsive and short tempered. She also has a short attention span. Her impulsiveness and attention span are what kept her off the leader board. (SPOILERS) CA left Freelancer the same time Tex did, for around the same reasons. After that, she became a gun for hire, taking jobs if the pay was good and the reason was just. Soon after, she acquired an AI by illegal means. This AI is called Claire. She was a military intelligence AI before being stolen. (I'll go more into Claire's history later...)
CA continues her mercenary lifestyle with the help of Claire, making her even better at her job than before.

I read into Halo AI a bit to make Claire a possibility. I don't know a lot about Halo at all, but I've always liked the game so I'm willing to spend hours reading up on it. Heh heh. So, please excuse some things that may sound wrong. I'm working on making it fit into both Red vs Blue and Halo canon.
