It was designed to function as a normal sniper or assault rifle- but with a change of shoting something other than normal bullets. So instead of magazine you have a battery and the central cylinder serves more as a heat dispecer. I think I'll do some animation some day so maybe it will be more clear. Cheers

I'll waiting and look on it hopefully! Just curious about barrel. Other parts are pretty slic and believable btw. It's a plesure to see such a wise designe!

The barrel- think about it more like in game weapon. The more you fire the hotter it gets- after some point you enter overheat. Animation shows rotation of the barrel and releasing some steam or something of that sort. Cheers!
