Brian "Sheeply" Renolds
Male - 15
5' 5" - 135 lbs
Brian Renolds is a tame young boy who grew up in the tiny, cold town of Mahogany. He's had a fairly tame life, doing a little bit of traveling in the area - most of the time only venturing to Ecruteak. When he started training Pokemon, he began to fight his way through the Ice Path to Blackthorn and back, and exploring Mt. Mortar regularly. This was how he did most of his training, and while he ventured to Olivine once or twice, he never really wandered off anywhere else. He was kind of timid about the notion, and so going to a far-off place to compete in something with other people seemed like a bright idea. Quickly enough, he packed his bags and off he went. Everything is a little overwhelming, but he'll start to settle in quickly enough.
Personality-wise, he's a gentle, shy young boy, though he shouldn't underestimated in a fight - it ignites a certain fire in him that is not to be trifled with. He's rather awkward with other people, even though he stays cheerful, and he's caught blushing more often than not. His quiet manner might make him seem a little aloof at first, but that's far from that case. He really loves people, he's just… a little underexposed, since most of his training was done with wild Pokemon, and not other trainers. He's a "handle with care" case who might just be getting in a little over his head.
His joking nickname is "Sheeply" among family and friends - maybe that would change if he ever trimmed his bangs!

Torque
Male Typhlosion
Timid
Torque came to Brian as a young Cyndaquil, the starter Pokemon of many a Johto trainer. He was a quiet little thing who shared many of his trainers qualities - a perfect math. While gentle and the perfect snuggled outside of battle, he became fierce and protective on the battlefield. Charging forward, it took him a little while to grow strong enough to become a Quilava, and then exploded quickly through to being a Typhlosion. He still holds the same Shell Bell he's had since a Cyndaquil, given by Brian to mark the beginning of their journey together.

Amulek
Male Espeon
Bold
Amulek met Brian when he was just a little Eevee, in the city of Ecruteak. A gift for defeating some of the local trainers who raised Eeveelutions, Amulek bonded quickly to his trainer. It wasn't long before he became an Espeon, and the two honed their powers together to make a strong duo. Quiet yet active, his antics are usually mild, but the occasional burst of energy on a sunny day may send it a little over the top. When it comes to double battles, he and Torque are a combo that should not be underestimated. The two have been with Brian the longest and know each other's battle moves as well as their own. Be wary should they enter into battle together.

Timothy
Male Noctowl
Modest
If possible for one member of the team be even more quiet than the others, Timothy is that one. Brian caught him as a Hoothoot in the forests around the Lake of Rage, where the quiet Pokemon grew into the even quieter Noctowl. Rarely making any noise, and often only a soft hoot or trill, he is the most observant of the group as well. He stands by the side and watches, before making a swift and decisive move after learning his opponent's battle strategies. His wings strike quickly and his mental powers are honed, so beware the silent opponent.

Garrison
Male Donphan
Hasty
Noisy and rambunctious, Brian got ahold of the Donphan in the valleys below Blackthorn. The already evolved Pokemon was a little much to handle at first, but eventually they managed to find a way to cooperate. Gary has some problems getting along with some of the more tame members of the team, but he means well. Able to take damage as well as dish it out, he's a tank with a surprising amount of speed in battle. If he rolls up and starts spinning towards you, look out! He moves a lot faster curled up than he does on his feet.

Trixie
Female Lapras
Docile
Tame and not too fierce of a battler, Trixie is the only female of the group. In the one trip that Brian made into Union Cave, he managed to catch a glimpse of the pod she was a member of. Waiting it out, he managed to capture her that night. She's affectionate and cuddly, not always realizing that her size means that she is hardly a lap Pokemon. Her battle style involves taking a lot of hit and using her skills to recover from the damage. Her attack isn't the strongest, but she's difficult as hell to take down.

Donovan
Male Raichu
Bold
Acquired from another trainer through unknown means, Donovan is a scoundrel who doesn't tend to heed his trainer's commands. He's scarred up from the ferocious battles that his last trainer put him through, and his fiery personality clashes with the rest of the group even more than Garrison's. He spends most of his time separate, aloof, and resisting any attempts by Brian or the rest of the team to bond. He doesn't trust very easily, likely because of the unkind treatment of his last trainer. He keeps his secret weapon, a Meadow Plate powering up his Grass Knot, in the pouch that came with him from his last trainer. It's as worn as he is, but he refuses to let it go - don't even try to get it away from him.

Hey, not bad, considering you never draw humanoids. Draw more of them!
