Description
Kamen Rider Sur-Vi, real name unknown, is an ex-archeologist who found himself in possession of the Sur-Vi Driver and fights against the Deadmen for his own gains.

Kamen Rider...SUR-VI!

Sur-Vi's primary form, it is accessed by sliding the Triops Vistamp onto the rectangular track of the Sur-Vi Driver and turning it into a shovel, upon doing so the black screen near the shovel's head will display a small illustration of a Triops' head. Due to it's genetic information being the Triops', it grants him insane durability against harsh conditions and even enable shim to survive in otherwise unsurvivable environments.

SURVIVAL SLASH
Sur-Vi's first Hissatsu. The Shovel form is used and is wielded like a spear, slashing onto the foe with great ease until a final attack wherein he throws the Shovel like a spear straight on the opponent's foot, making them stuck to the ground and finishes of with a powerful side kick.

SURVIVAL BIND
Sur-Vi's second Hissatsu. He unfurls and straightens his scarf and skillfully wraps it around the opponent. Now that the opponent's immobilized, he punches the opponent upwards, with enough force to make them stay midair for a few moments, upon which he throws his weapon like a tomahawk in pickaxe mode as the finishing move.

His design is a homage to Showa era Rider's scarves and mufflers motifs, generally any invertebrate-based Rider suit, and Kamen Rider Todoroki's Ongekigen Retsurai.
