Abilities:

Can fly at a high sonic speed, even reaching interstellar distances.
Can shoot neuroshock blasts from his eyes and tail.
Has a very strong body to withstand the shots of a combat aircraft.
Can breathe under water and also swim at high speed.
Can survive in the vaccum of space.
Is indestructible.
Can launch a torrent of slime with acidic properties.
Can dissolve things to keep in touch.
Can change his shape and enter to small areas.
Can reform from the smallest remain.
Can use his antigravity proyector as weapon.

Weaknesses:

May be injured if caught by his own rays.
His neuroshock blasts are useless against certain non-living targets
Is vulnerable to strong winds, especially due is low density.
Without the antigravity projector nemains intact as a puddle of slime.
Can't regenerate if he is being continuously attacked.
Is vulnerable to suction.
