Can fly at a high sonic speed, even reaching interstellar distances.
Can shoot neuroshock blasts from his eyes and tail.
Has a very strong body to withstand the shots of a combat aircraft.
Can breathe under water and also swim at high speed.
Can survive in the vaccum of space.
His huge brain gives a massive intelligence.
Is very agile and flexible.
Can unleash electrical shocks of his brain.
Can create a force field around him.
Can use his elektrokinesis to move things telekinetically.
Despite his appearance, has superhuman strength.
Can perform large mental calculations.

Weaknesses:

May be injured if caught by his own rays.
His neuroshock blasts are useless against certain non-living targets
Is vulnerable to strong winds.
Sonic explosions could give him a big headache and prevent concentrate.
It may be selfish, so it makes him easy to forget to do things.
Need to open his shell to unleash electricity, because could damage himself.
Can't use his electricity underwater, because could be electrocuted himself.
