The transition is seemless, its a good varitation from the other peice. To me, this pulls me in more emotionally, while the other is more visually stunning. Both are really well conceived.

I think the first on was more effective, maybe it's my love of minimalism, but the white space around it mae it feel more isolated and helpless.
