Whenever I hear "ticked tabby," I think of a really angry tabby cat.
Anyone else?
P.S. This tutorial was REALLY helpful!

Can mackerels have a spots in there stripes as well?
I have a cat who looks like a mackerel but has a few spots through out her stirpes, and on her belly and shoulders.

Your tabby tutorial is very informative.
The closest you get to having a white cat with stripes is a silver or cameo (orange or cream silver) tabby. The field color on silver tabbies can be a very light silver that looks white.

Oh! I didn't know about that. I'm still quite familiar with silvers.

I have a questionnaire/guide on which unusual white spotting patterns are possible and which ones aren't.Β

Here is a picture of an actually white cat with very faint creamy off-white tabby stripes. If you look closely, you can see an "m" on the cat's forehead.

What doesn't exist however, is a domestic cat that is actually white and has distinct stripes, so no domestic cat equivalent of a white tiger (white with black stripes).

Hmmm, i don't think that's a white cat, but a very pale dilute of something. Cream is the first thing that comes to my mind, cream with white-spotting that covers eyes and muzzle (possibly chest and belly but i'm not sure) so the blue eye makes sense.
Or it can be, of course, a silver shaded cat. But for that eye to work there has to be some white spotting
