I'm not a fan of GoT but I really like this drawing. I love how you did the texture for her hair and the expression in her eyes. Plus it's very cartoony.

Unlike the majority of people, I actually quite like Cersei, but that has nothing to do with this awesome picture. I love simply everything, from her dress design, to her expression and the whole colour and feel of the picture.
