More WALL-E fanart.Along the same lines as my WALL-E human picture [link] , I decided to draw EVE as a human as well. Come on, the loveable hero needs his kick-ass girlfriend!
Again, I love seeing the fan interpretations of EVE as a human. I saw EVE as an interstellar adventurer / scientist, kind of like Indiana Jones.
Yep, I had to go with the skintight outfit. I hope I've at least made her curves look "realistic," as opposed to the impossibly-thin Barbie doll proportions. I like the hoverboots, and now that I think of it, gloves would have been a fantastic addition to this outfit (DARNIT!!). She has her gun resting in its holster, and the plant retrieval canister slung over her shoulder. That device in her hand is a scanner, searching for plant life and what-not. Those glasses and her hairstyle were inspired by the design features of her original form.
Another half-arsed background. Sorry.
And if you look down in the corner there, that's WALL-E many miles below, hiding behind a rock and admiring EVE. Aw, that would be such a cute close-up.
Overall, not bad. I like it.
Might do more with these two, doodling some of my favorite scenes from the movie.

Eve reminds me of Samus from Metroid. Wall-E has a Black Mesa motif going on, but he's no Gordon Freeman. No destructive tendencies whatsoever (not in the same sense anyway, being accident-prone doesn't count). Eve has an Aperture Science motif going on, and I suppose she's kinda like Chell. The GLaDOS-Auto connection is obvious and there's plenty of them pared up on DA...and it never gets old.
